Oasia Hotel –the perks of Club Room guests

This post is dedicated to my cousin who’ll be celebrating her second anniversary with her husband-to-be at Oasia Hotel.

Upon my recommendation in my previous blog post, the loving couple booked a Club Room at Oasia Hotel for the weekend, where they will enjoy exclusive perks that Deluxe and Superior rooms are not entitled to.

There are a total of 100 Club Rooms, 4 Club Suites, 224 Deluxe Rooms and 88 Superior Rooms in the 25-story high building.

In-room amenities that set the Club Rooms apart from the other rooms are: the 46-inch LCD interactive television, unlimited broadband Internet access, bath amenities from Thann, Nespresso coffee-making facilities and complimentary mini bar. Guests also receive daily newspapers in the mornings during their stay.

The Living Room, Oasia’s Club Lounge, is set on the 22nd storey, offering utmost privacy, exclusive to Club guests only.

Club guests get to enjoy express check-in at the private reception, with a welcome drink in hand.

Complimentary breakfast, evening cocktail and all-day coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are served at The Living Room.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi here, while sipping on a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

The setting is decidedly chic, with a touch of cosiness –great for unwinding. Sporting a high ceiling and full-length windows, natural light fill the room in the day, and you can enjoy the stunning view outside without obstruction.

If you wake up early enough, this spot makes a great vantage point to catch the sunrise.

This place makes you want to linger longer…

Step outdoors if you’d like a breath of fresh air!

Rain or shine, Club guests can relax by the private pool and soak in the warm heated Jacuzzi.

If you like the sunshine, you can bask in the midday sun by the pool on level 8 that is accessible to all guests.

A sumptuous international breakfast buffet is served daily at The Living Room.

Apart from the buffet selection, you can order your favourite kind of eggs at the live egg station.

Omelette

Scrambled Eggs

Cereal and Juices

Selection of Naturalis Tea

Croissant

(Left to right) Streaky Bacon, Grilled Tomato, Rosti Potato

Chipolata Sausage and Baked Potato with Herb

Smoked Salmon

Vegetable Fried Rice

Siew Mai and Har Kau

Mini Wholemeal Hazelnut Muffin and Mini Blueberry Muffin

Mini Strawberry Tart

Mini Tuna Mushroom Feuillete

The variety may not be as extensive as the buffet spread at Zaffron, but the quality of food makes up for it. The serene privacy at The Living Room wins the bustling Zaffron hands down!

From 6pm to 8pm, The Living Room also serves complimentary evening cocktails and dainty canapés –great for those who want to end their day with a light meal and a tipple or two.

Chorizo with Tomato Dip

Marinated Feta with Semi-dried Tomato

Mini Beef Burger

XO Scallop Vol au Vent

The XO Scallop Vol au Vent was wiped out the quickest! Everyone loved this.

Mini Hazelnut Chocolate Tart

The Mini Hazelnut Chocolate Tart was a huge hit too.

Club guests who experience rumbling tummies in the wee hours can head down to The Living Room. This 24-hour lounge is well stocked with biscuits, noodles, drinks, beer and hot water.

I love these Speculoos shortcrust biscuits!!!
