From 27 November to 23 December 2013, a four-course degustation festive dinner menu is available at $95++ per person.


Vin Blanch Poached Turbot with Grenble’s Sauce of Lemon Caper and Crisp Croutons (available in Festive 4-Course Degustation Dinner from 27 November to 23 December, and 26 to 30 December 2013)

Courses include the Foie Gras Terrine on Brioche, Vin Blanch Poached Turbot with Grenoble’s Sauce of Lemon Caper and Crisp Croutons or Traditional Season Carved Turkey with Stuffing, Chestnut, Brussels Sprouts, Braised Cabbage and Giblet Gravy, and Mont Blanc –Chestnut Cream Snow Meringue with Caramelised Chestnut. Couples enjoying the festive dinner menu may choose to pair their dinner with a bottle of champagne at $268++ per couple.

Seared Scallops with Saffron Sauce and Caviar (available in Christmas Day 6-Course Degustation Dinner)

On Christmas day, a six-course degustation dinner is available at $188++ per person that includes a glass of champagne, or $496++ per couple that comes with a bottle of champagne. The menu includes the stunning Seared Scallops swimming in a rich Saffron Sauce and topped with Caviar, along with Cognac Lobster Ravioli with Lobster Bisque, Halibut Fillet with Crisp-fried Artichoke and Truffle-laced Sabayon Sauce, and a Chocolate Raspberry dessert made with Dark Chocolate Manjari 64%.


Seared Langoustine, Celeriac in different style, Citrus Chives Jelly (available in New Year’s Eve 7-Course Degustation Dinner and New Year’s Eve 7-Course Degustation Dinner)

A seven-course degustation dinner menu is available on New Year’s Eve, at $298++ per person or $796++ per couple that comes with a bottle of champagne. The dinner price includes free admission to the countdown party at The Landing Point, where guests can gaze at breath-taking fireworks displays that takes place at midnight.


Mont Blanc – Chestnut Cream Snow Meringue, Caramelised Chestnut (available in Festive 4-Course Degustation Dinner from 27 November to 23 December, and 26 to 30 December 2013)


Chocolate Raspberry – 64% Manjari Chocolate, Raspberry Jellies, Cocoa Nip Tulip (available in Christmas Day 6-Course Degustation Dinner and in New Year’s Eve 7-Course Degustation Dinner)

Commence the New Year on a high note with the luxurious New Year Champagne Brunch at $178++ per person. Diners get to enjoy free flow of champagne during brunch from 12.30pm to 4pm on 1 January.

For a lighter option, The Landing Point offers the New Year Afternoon Tea set on 1 January from 3pm to 5pm, priced at $49++ per person.
