Chef Tan conjures up an array of celebratory dishes this Lunar New Year, which will be available in festive set menus and also for takeaways, from 15 January to 14 February 2014.

There are 6 Chinese New Year Set Menus to choose from, starting from $198+ (for 4 persons) to $898+ (for 10 persons).


Barbecued Goose with Lychee Wood

Available as part of the Takeaway CNY 5-dishes Set Menu ($678+ for 10 persons), the Lychee Wood Barbecued Goose is undeniably the star of the show. It is well executed under the deft hands of Chef Tan, to the point of moist and tender perfection, enthralling with subtle sweetness and profound fragrance.


Braised Treasures Combination

Also part of the Takeaway CNY Set Menu is the Braised Treasures Combination that comes in a claypot filled with abalone, prawns, scallops, gluten, dried oyster, black moss (fatt choy), carrots, pork belly, flower mushroom, preserved sausage, preserved belly sausage, preserved meat, lotus roots, braised chicken and fried fish maw, all of which infused with flavourful essences from one another.

Available on Restaurant Home’s regular menu, the Stewed Pork Knuckle with Chestnut and Green Vegetables served in Claypot is another crowd-pleaser with heart-warming and comforting flavours.


Ginger Tea Red Dates, White Fungus, Dried Dates, Dried Longan with Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Ball

Wind up the meal on a sweet yet light note with the traditional Ginger Tea with White Fungus, Dried Dates, Dried Longan and black Sesame Glutinous Rice Ball. It comes with each of the Lunar New Year Group Set Menu.

The Lunar New Year Set Menus are available from 15 January to 14 February 2014. Restaurant will be closed on 1st day of Chinese New Year, 31 January 2014.
