The undisturbed poolside restaurant is conducive for business meetings, matched with the convenient location and value-for-money set lunches.

Available from 2nd February to 1st March 2015, 11am to 3pm daily, the Italian Business Set Lunch Menu is a weekly changing 3-course menu, priced at $33++ per person, inclusive of unlimited flow of iced teas and hot beverages.
Cannellini Beans Cream with Soft Poached Prawn and Basil Oil
I visited the restaurant on its 2nd week of the promotion, and got to choose between the Poached Veal in Tuna Sauce and Cannellini Beans Cream with Soft Poached Prawn for starter, Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek and Pan-Fried Red Snapper for the main course, and the Ricotta Cheese Flan and Fresh Fruit Plate for dessert.
Poached Veal in Tuna Sauce
I chose the Poached Veal in Tuna Sauce for starter and had zero regrets despite the adventurous decision. I would have otherwise gone for the safer soup option if not for the strong recommendation. The veal is slow poached till tender and moist, doused in a creamy tuna sauce, and accompanied by anchovies and olive to complete the charming presentation.
Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek, Buttered Choux, Pumpkin Puree
The Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek is executed with precision, yielding fork-tender meat well infused with the deep flavour of red wine. On a side note, the smooth and rich pumpkin puree is most welcome in the picture.
Ricotta Cheese Flan, Raisin, Orange Sorbet
Conclude the meal with the unassuming Ricotta Cheese Flan brimming with brilliant richness, accompanied by a refreshing scoop of house-made orange sorbet and wine-infused raisins. The health-conscious can turn to the fresh fruit plate.
