At the Crepes de France station;
I enjoyed the sweet and simple chocolatey Nutella crepe and the savoury one with ham. The freshly made crepe is fragrant and wonderfully thin and light, served warm right from the crepe maker. Watching the process of making the crepes is an experience in itself, with no short of anticipation.
Aequitas is another booth that left a deep impression; Macarons, bread, Danish pastry, foie gras, truffle are some items they offer.
I enjoyed the White Truffle infused oil; perfect as a dipping for breads. The fragrance is intense and luxurious. It is priced at $30 a bottle.
The Macarons are a must-try! They are absolutely divine. Do not miss the special workshop by Aequitas, About the Macaron, where you will be enlightened about the origins of the Macaron, learn how it’s made, followed by a free sampling! It will be held on Friday 25 November at 1pm, Saturday 26 November 5pm and Sunday 27 November at 4pm.
A box costs $13.50 :)
At the Little Provence Booth;
I enjoyed the homely French dips that go perfectly with bread.
What you will find: Eggplant Caviar, Green Olive with Sundried Tomato, Tuna with Sundried Tomato & Chilli, Black Olive with Basil and Spicy Lobster Mayonnaise Artichoke. You can get 3 bottles for less than $30!
Chef Julien Bompard & I!
Do head down to the French Marche now! It ends this Sunday, 27 November :)
