One of my favourite buffet restaurants, Triple Three (Mandarin Orchard’s award-winning buffet restaurant), is offering a festive range of Christmas roasts and savouries amongst enticing live stations on 24, 25, 31 December 2012 and 1 January 2013.

You can expect to see Premium Honey Glazed Gammon Ham drizzled with pineapple honey, Roasted US Turkey, Japanese Wagyu Beef and more! Pair the delectable treats with free-flow of sparkling wine.

Look out for Santa as he gives away sweets and candies to kids on Christmas day.

We also helped ourselves at the dessert section, where the fruit tarts and macarons are highly addictive!

I love macarons!!!

I am also a huge fan of the mini cupcakes! They are moist and simply delicious.

When it comes to Christmas in most families, ham is a big deal. I highly recommend Mandarin Orchard’s Premium Honey Glazed Gammon Ham –one of the best I’ve had this season. Studded with cloves for a robust aroma, the meat within is tender and juicy with just the right amount of fat beneath the skin for a viscous mouthfeel –if you don’t like the fatty part, you can easily trim that off.
