Ice Cream Chefs is no stranger to the ice cream scene in Singapore; thus far delighting residents of the Upper Thomson and East Coast precinct, and those who are willing to travel for merriment. With the newly opened outlet at SAFRA Mount Faber, those residing in the vicinity have something to look forward to when the sweltering heat gets unbearable.
Ice cream are made fresh daily, with over 10 flavours to choose from each day, several on a rotational basis.

The Crème Brulee ice cream is a personal favourite! Sweet caramelised notes instilled in dense vanilla ice cream –this ‘Ice Cream Chefs Originals’ flavour has been winning hearts since 2004.
The Earl Grey Tea Latte ice cream panders to those who prefer something less sweet.
The refreshingly fruity and inviting Orangie Lychees ice cream comprises zesty orange juice studded with lychee bits.
I’m constantly charmed by local flavours, for instance the bandung-flavoured ‘With Love, Rose’ that captures my attention with its vibrant pink tinge.
Another highlight for me would be the Kaya Lotee, starring pandan kaya ice cream layered with breadcrumbs. Probably one of the very few sweet things my mum would devour without a grouse.
Homemade Waffle + Large Ice Cream (2 scoops) = $9.30
Waffle and ice cream are a match-make in heaven. The homemade waffle costs $4 on its own, $7.30 with one scoop of ice cream, and $9.30 with two scoops of ice cream.
Brownie + Regular Ice Cream = $7.80
The homemade brownie is another crowd pleaser. It is baked agreeably crusty on the outside, moist and rich on the remaining parts.
With an additional $1, you can customise your own ice cream by adding ‘Mix-ins’, such as waffle crisps, oreo, mars bar, biscuits, candies, cookies and more.
The Milky Moo goes really well with waffle crisps!
Green Tea Latte ($4.20)
To prolong your stay and chill in the relaxing environs, order the house-made Green Tea Latte, blended and frothed by hand upon order.
Café Mocha ($4.20)
I enjoyed the Café Mocha; just look at the clean lines that define each layer, and you know it’s been fastidiously prepared.
