Developed by Li Bai’s award-winning Executive Chef Chung Yiu Ming, the (exotic-to-some) creation stars deboned beef knee braised in a unique brew of red wine and Japanese miso. Traveling companions include kidney beans, green beans, chestnuts, dried conpoy (scallops) and Chinese mushrooms.
Tempting varieties include Steamed Roasted Goose Rice Dumpling and Steamed Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling, alongside the perennial favourite Steamed Traditional Rice Dumpling –all priced at $35 a piece.
