They have conducted consumer labs over a 3-month period to distil insights on how FRANK can be more than just a bank, and results are as follows:
- FRANK customers want to save more money –90% of youths set savings goals
- Youths want to learn more about investing and start early to achieve their goals.
- FRANK customers buy insurance to protect their loved ones and themselves from unforeseen circumstances.
- 98% of those surveyed appreciate that FRANK provides them with relevant deals and promotions.
Colourful illustrations across the outlet are encouraging and informational.
Also, FRANK by OCBC is the first and only bank in Singapore to provide cardholders with such a wide range of designs. I can’t wait to own one myself!
