Other Chinese New Year delicacies available in the buffet spread include Pen Cai, Stewed Dried Oysters with Sea Cucumber, Drunken Chicken with Chinese Wine and Honey Pepper Pork Rib. 3 diners pay for the price of 2 when you pay with selected credit cards. On top of that, reservations for 6 diners and above will receive a complimentary serving of Fortune Yam Dumpling.

The highly coveted Double Boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Fish Maw & Crabmeat is available only on the Eve of Chinese New Year.
Check out the chunky crabmeat and large pieces of shark’s fin.
The Pen Cai steals the limelight in the buffet spread, available throughout the entire 15 days of Chinese New Year.
Lotus Leaf Wrapped Wax Meat Rice (featured in buffet line, on rotation)
The fragrant Lotus Leaf Wrapped Wax Meat Rice is another well sought-after dish on the buffet line on rotation. Another highlight of the festive buffet would be the Steamed Soon Hock with Fragrant Pickle Vegetable Relish, featuring a different variety of fish on rotation.
Poached Ginseng Chicken (featured in buffet line on rotation or $35.80 for takeaway)
My personal favourite, the Poached Ginseng Chicken featured in the buffet on rotation is also available as a takeaway amongst other traditional favourites like Roasted Duck with Danggui ($53.80).
