Despite the fact that their snowskin mooncakes are available in inventive and unconventional flavours, the essence of traditions has not been engulfed by modern execution.

It is that pristine texture of snowskin, that familiar touch, and that alluring aroma that makes me fall in love with snowskin mooncakes all over again.
