Highlights from the scrumptious selection of sweet and savoury nibbles include the Flaky Puff Pastry with Foie Gras Mousse, Rosemary and Red Onion Jam, and the Irish Smoked Salmon with Blini, Crème Fraiche and Caviar.

Other savoury items include a spoonful of blue cheese, apricot churney, pickled celery and honey walnut, grilled halloumi with smoked avocado and cherry tomato, savoury mini muffin and finger sandwich.

Sweet indulgences include macarons, Green Tea Tiramisu, Chocolate Royale and Passionfruit Meringue Tart. The classic English afternoon tea staple, freshly baked scones, is served warm with seasonal jam and clotted cream.

The Afternoon Tea Service comes with a choice of premium teas from The Halia’s handpicked range of classic, herbal and fruit flavours, the signature Halia Infusion or freshly brewed coffee. It is available daily from 3pm to 5pm at $35++ per person per set.
