Fried Organic Multi-grain Rice with Assorted Seafood served in Mini Organic Yellow Pumpkin ($12)

Marina Mandarin Singapore is bringing back the exceedingly popular organic food promotion this March, all set to satiate the health-conscious group. Choose from two set menus, or browse through the extensive a la carte menu.


Braised Organic Pumpkin Puree with Prawn ($12)

The Braised Organic Pumpkin Puree with Prawn is indefinitely a highlight. The puree is smooth and velvety, rich of the sweet virtue of pumpkin.


Stir-fried Pork Shoulder with Organic Gingko Nuts and Honshimeiji Mushrooms ($22)

All dishes in the Organic Food Promotion menu incorporate at least one naturally grown and chemical-free ingredient. This dish, for instance, uses organic gingko nuts. Tender, succulent and juicy –these are the exact traits of well-executed pork shoulder.


Steamed Silver Cod with Organic Pumpkin Puree and Wolfberries ($18)

Pumpkin puree makes another stunning entrance, this time with the tender and flaky cod. Nobody’s complaining of the excessive use of pumpkin –we loved it.


Poached Organic Chinese Spinach with Wolfberries and Assorted Mushrooms ($20)

Depending on availability and season, the vegetable of the day changes accordingly. We had the Organic Chinese Spinach that day and it was nothing short of fulfilling. A great example of how healthy food does not equate to bland-tasting.


Chilled Organic Avocado Puree served with Chocolate Ice Cream ($14)

The Chilled Organic Avocado Puree with Chocolate Ice Cream was a pleasant surprise. Processed till smooth and creamy, the avocado puree marries beautifully with the chocolate ice cream of discernibly premium quality. I wouldn’t mind a second helping of this dessert!

The Organic Food Promotion is available at Peach Blossoms from 1 to 31 March 2014, during lunch (12pm to 2.30pm on weekdays, 11am to 2.30pm on weekends) and dinner (6.30pm to 10.30pm daily). Set menus are priced from $68++ per person, minimum 2 to dine.
