The Wok-fried Crispy Duck pressed confit and Yam served with Mushroom Sauce is delivered with flair and finesse. Ensconced within the crisp battered crust are a bottom layer of soft-cooked yam that melts away lovingly on the tongue, and a top layer of an immensely tasty pressed confit of duck.
