Leading patisserie Bakerzin presents two novel cake creations this Mother’s Day. Both the Tango Bianco and NuttiYuzu feature fruity and refreshing flavours, of tangerine and yuzu respectively, laced with the decadence of rich creams and mousse.
Tango Bianco ($60, serves 8-10pax)
The prepossessing Tango Bianco takes on an elegant white glaze adorned with pretty pink chocolate hearts and berries. The underlying layers include soft madeleine cake flavoured with orange zest, tangerine jelly, and luscious white chocolate mousse infused with earl grey tea.
