Fillet Mignon En Brioche (Brasserie Les Saveurs)

Available as part of the ‘A Connoisseur’s New Year’s Eve Special’, the Fillet Mignon En Brioche is an absolute stunner.

Encased within a light brioche lies juicy beef tenderloin and a slab of foie gras that sits snuggly atop. Bordering the meat is a layer of prosciutto ham that augments the depth of saltiness superbly.

Paired with a divine perigord sauce, this dish is faultless from start to finish.

Roasted Whole Muscovy Duck with A L’orange (available for takeaway)

You will know it when a deft hand handles the duck when it turns out perfectly tender, moist and juicy, destroying completely all the bad memories you’ve had with ducks in the past.

Christmas Log Cakes – Chocolate Passion Royal Log Cake and Red Berries with Pistachio Sponge Log Cake

The Chocolate Passion Royal Log Cake comprises chocolate mousse with passion fruit crème brulee and a layer of crunchy feuilletine, while the Red Berries with Pistachio Sponge Log Cake is made up of low sugar vanilla mousse, strawberry, jelly, strawberry cremeux and pistachio sponge.

Christmas Stollen with Tropical Dried Fruits

This is probably the best Christmas Stollen I’ve had in my entire life thus far. It’s not as dense as what one would expect a Christmas Stollen to be, but the essence of traditions is not lost.
