For an exceptionally lavish Lunar New Year celebration, Hilton Singapore would be an obvious choice, for its signature Triumph to Success Yusheng is one of the most opulent versions and priciest around. Toss to a prosperous year ahead with your extended family members or colleagues in their function rooms, available for booking throughout the festive period from the Eve to the 15th day of Chinese New Year.
Triumph to Success Yusheng (Serves 30 pax: $688++/$788++ with Caviar/$888 with Caviar and Champagne)
In conjunction with the year of the Horse, Hilton Singapore refashions their signature Triumph of Success Yusheng to embody the auspicious Chinese proverb – 马到功成 – denoting of immediate success with the arrival of the horse.
This elaborate Yusheng of gargantuan proportions, requiring 2 hours of preparation work to put together, serves up to 30 persons.
Building on to the striking assembling of salad are fresh salmon, tuna and two-head abalone that are served alongside truffle oil and gold flakes.
Adding to the grandeur are fresh chunks of lobster meat.
The specially concocted Yuzu sauce and the swanky topping of premium Italian caviar makes for an unconventional yet poise complement. The outcome is a sweet and zesty tang with a wafting aroma of truffle.
The Triumph to Success Yusheng is available throughout the celebration period beginning from the Eve, 30 January 2014, to the 15th day of Chinese New Year, 14 February 2014. Orders must be made at least 3 days in advance.
