The sumptuous buffet spread at Plaza Brasserie includes Braised Pork Knuckles with Dried Oyster and Black Moss, Poached “Live” Prawns in Chinese Wine, Eight Treasures Duck, Braised Sea Cucumber with Pork Belly, Steamed Sea Bass in Hong Kong Style and more!
Over at the live stations, diners can order unlimited portions of Salmon Yu Sheng that are customised according to your table size, and Fortune Seafood Treasure Pot served in individual portions.
Unlike other restaurants that commence the meal strictly with Yu Sheng, followed by courses delivered in a rush, here at Plaza Brasserie diners have the flexibility to toss the Yu Sheng as and when they like, and as many times as they desire.
The Roasted Pork Belly is a highlight. Can’t stop popping these bite-sized chunks of fatty meat with a lovely crackling crisp skin into my mouth!
The resident Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Tobiko Mayo is a perennial favourite of mine at Plaza Brasserie. I never fail to pile up my plate with loads of this crispy goodness each time I’m there!
To add to the festive vibe, Lunar New Year snacks also inhabit the buffet station, including ‘Love Letters’, pineapple tarts and cookies. Specially crafted Chinese New Year treats include the bite-sized Nian Gao Tart and Crispy Durian Dim Sum.
Apart from the Lunar New Year spread, there’s also seafood on ice, sashimi, roti prata live station, ice cream and cakes.
Don’t miss the special appearance by the God of Fortune during dinner on 30 January and lunch on 31 January 2014!
