The Crodo is made from croissant dough, deep-fried and filled with a generous amount of cream. The texture is a cross between a doughnut and croissant, slightly dense but fluffier and softer than doughnut, slightly flaky on the crisp golden brown surface.
The Cookies & Cream with Pretzel Crodo is filled with oozing cookies and cream within, and finished with a sweet cookies and cream glaze.
