With countless of blogshops sprouting at an alarming rate, online shoppers are spoilt for choice. Determining the top blogshops hinges greatly to past customers’ testimonials and how swift they are in the fashion league, keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
12 reputable pioneers and better-known blogshops in Singapore – that have gained numerous support and loyal followers – have come together under Chic Kiss Love, a collective fashion house.
On 22 July 2012, Chic Kiss Love presented The Fashion Uprising – a one-day shopping carnival open to the public – at Zouk.
Spanning across the entire club, from Zouk to Phuture, Winebar and the Velvet Underground, Blogshops have turned the clubbing arena into a shopping paradise.
To enforce a store concept in the open area within the night spot, proper changing rooms and display racks are set up to provide loyal fans and new customers with a rare chance to touch, feel and try the garments.
In between shopping, customers got to enjoy free makeovers by Maybelline New York.
Photobooth! With props, followed by lots of camwhoring.
It was a fun girly day out, where best friends got to shop from 11am till 9pm!
For thirsty shoppers, a special cocktail was concocted exclusively for the event –the Chic Kiss Love mix, called the Love Potion.
Door gifts were given to the first 500 shoppers, in addition to giveaways that took place on various blogs and online magazines.

A shopping carnival is not complete without a runway show.
Winding through the entire Zouk arena, the runway spans an approximated 650 metres –it is the longest runway in Singapore to date.
Models strutting the runway are familiar faces that fans and online shoppers see on the websites.
